30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to your first Unlimited payment and to any renewal payment within that window. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund you can:

• visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email address you paid with; or
• email us at support@promptlysites.in with your order or invoice number and we will arrange it for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank usually shows the money within 5–10 business days, depending on the provider.

What happens to your account

When a refund is issued, the Unlimited subscription for that period ends and your account returns to the Free plan. Sites you built stay in your dashboard; sites made from Pro templates stop being served publicly, and Free-tier sites continue to be published with the small “Made with PromptlySites.in” badge.

Cancelling instead of refunding

You can cancel at any time from your subscription page. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps Unlimited active until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you also want that last payment back and you are still inside the 30-day window, request a refund as described above — cancelling does not automatically refund you.
