1. Who you are contracting with

The Service is provided by PromptySites, trading as PromptlySites.in. When you use the Service you are entering into an agreement with PromptySites. You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a contract and, if you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

2. What the Service does

PromptlySites.in is a marketplace of pre-built website templates and blocks. You choose a template, describe your business in a single prompt, and we fill that template's existing layout with copy and a colour theme. You can then preview, share and publish the result. Free-tier templates are fully usable and carry a small “Made with PromptlySites.in” badge; Unlimited unlocks every template and removes the badge.

3. Your account

Keep your login credentials confidential — you are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date so we can reach you about your subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or publish content that does;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate another person or business;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• upload malware, probe or interfere with our security, scrape the Service, or circumvent plan limits or the badge on Free-tier sites;
• generate content that is hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or otherwise abusive.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for the sites you publish, including checking that generated copy is accurate and that you hold the rights to any brand names, text or images you provide. Generated text is produced automatically and may be inaccurate; review it before you publish. We may remove content, refuse or filter output, and suspend accounts that breach this section. If you believe a published site infringes your rights, email support@promptlysites.in and we will review it; repeat infringers lose access.

5. Licence and intellectual property

We own the Service, its templates, software, documentation and branding. While your subscription is active we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the templates included in your plan to build and publish sites, including for commercial use. You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves, reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing template marketplace. You keep ownership of the content you provide; you grant us the limited right to host and process it solely to operate the Service.

6. Plans, payment and billing

Unlimited is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms, alongside our own Refund Policy.

You can cancel at any time from your subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep Unlimited access until then.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. Features may change as the product develops. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time. When access ends, published sites stop being served and your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Notice — export anything you want to keep first.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law. You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the Service evolves; material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and continued use after the change means you accept it. Questions about these terms: support@promptlysites.in.
